Paulus Neef has a long track record in the expansion, marketing, management and sale of dynamic companies across a wide range of industries and enjoys an excellent network in industry, media and risk capital. Among others, Mr. Neef was the founder of Pixelpark AG which, in his role as its former CEO, he floated on the stock exchange at a market capitalisation of up to €3.4 billion.

Nina H. Neelsen greift auf über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Unternehmensberatungsgeschäft in Europa, USA und Afrika zurück. Als Industrie Agnostikerin hat sie interdisziplinäre Erfahrungen u.a. in Schwerindustrie, Bauwesen, Telekommunikation, Bankwesen, Konsumgüter sowie im Sozialwesen. Frau Neelsen hat Veränderungsprozesse über die gesamte Organisationsstruktur multinationaler sowie regionaler Unternehmen aufgesetzt und begleitet, Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt und implementiert sowie strategische Neuausrichtungen operativ realisiert. Ihr operativer und umsetzungsorientierter Ansatz macht Sie zu einem wichtigen strategischen Sparring Partner für Führungskräfte, Gründer und Eigentümer, ebenso wie Sprachrohr für oft ‚überhörte‘ untergeordnete Hierarchieebenen. Thomas Notemann is an acknowledged expert in the active hands-on management of start-ups. He has successfully advised numerous companies in the areas of coaching, turnaround strategy, company management, financing and the sale of companies especially. Prior to this he worked for seven year as a managing director on an international level.

Volker Weber

Volker Weber has gained many years of experience in the development and sale of sustainability fund products with banks. As Chairman of the Forum für Nachhaltige Geldanlagen e.V. (Forum for Sustainable Investments), he also enjoys in-depth knowledge of the entire ecological system in this sector. Among others, Mr. Weber was responsible for six years at Swisscanto for the design, administration and sale of eight sustainability funds with a volume of more than €4 billion.

He started his professional career at the innovative multi-technology company in 1979. 3M today produces thousands of innovative products and employs at a business-volume of more than 23 Billion US-Dollar worldwide about 75.000 people and has got dependancies in more than 60 countries.

Fred Kogel

Fred Kogel is one of the most innovative businessman in the media-industry. Today he is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Constantin Film AG, der Constantin Medien AG and furthermore managing Partner of Fred Kogel GmbH, which amongst others manages Til Schweiger, of Kogel & Schmidt GmbH, which produces the TV-format “Die Harald Schmidt Show” for Sat. 1 and of Kogel Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH. Together with Harald Schmidt Kogel runs a Foundation which promotes music.
